About Our Business

In 2004 Chris Casamassa was reading an article in the 'USA Today' newspaper about
childhood obesity that inspired him to finalize the creation of the KICKNFIT KIDZ
program. "We (Red Dragon Karate) were always experimenting with different weight loss
programs for kids and adults, and this article gave me the added push to finish the program
in order to help kids across America" says Chris.

Thus KICKNFIT KIDZ was born, the program is a combination of the dynamic Red
Dragon Karate system, along with action movie style moves, plus yoga, and cardio kick-
boxing. All that along with the exclusive KICKNFIT KIDZ eating plan, has now created a
new revolution in kids’ fitness. In just 10 weeks or less kids on the program lose 10 pounds
or more. So far the program has a 100% success rate with the kids who complete the
training.

Helping children stay fit and healthy should be a top priority for all schools, gym owners
and Martial Art schools regardless of their style. Currently there are over 50 licensed
KICKNFIT KIDZ locations across the United States. For a location near you, click the
